We have five of these power-assisted exercise machines which have similar benefits to the vibration plate - the main difference being that the routine takes 10 minutes rather than an hour.

For those who are unable to use, or prefer not to use, the vibration plate,Toning Tables can be just as effective. They can also be used in conjunction with the plate, to get even more from your workout.
