One to one personal training is the most effective and enjoyable way to get fit , lose weight and tone up.
Using a combination of cardio, boxing, body weight exercises and power plate training, I will devise a training session that will suit your individual needs.
60 minutes
10 minutes warming up and stretching
30 minutes body weight, free weight and powerplate exercises
10 minutes cardio training
10 minutes cool down and assisted stretching
90 minutes
this will be a 60 minute workout including all of the above, followed by a 30 minute relaxing assisted stretch and shoulder and back massage
